Core Rules

• Do not harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate others.
• Do not share hate, discriminatory abuse, or content targeting protected characteristics.
• Do not share sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, or content involving minors in a sexual context.
• Do not use RelayGo for scams, spam, impersonation, phishing, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Do not share instructions or encouragement for self-harm, violence, terrorism, or serious physical harm.
• Do not share another person's private information without permission.
• Respect intellectual property and only share content you have the right to share.

Safety Features

• Block: users can block abusive accounts where the feature is available in the app.
• Report: users can report offensive content, abusive users, or safety concerns through in-app tools where available or by email.
• Review: RelayGo may review reports, limit accounts, remove content where technically possible, or take other action consistent with these guidelines.
• Filtering: RelayGo may use technical and policy controls designed to reduce objectionable material and abuse.

Reporting Abuse

If you see abuse or have a safety concern, email support@relaygo.uk. Include your account email, the reported account if known, a description of the issue, and screenshots or message details if you choose to share them.

Emergency Situations

RelayGo support is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Enforcement

We may warn users, restrict features, suspend accounts, remove access, or take other appropriate action when these guidelines are violated or when required to protect users and the service.
