Available Choices

• Access: request a copy or summary of personal information associated with your account.
• Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate account information.
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and eligible account data.
• Consent and permissions: manage device permissions such as microphone, camera, photos, and notifications in iOS Settings.
• Safety controls: block accounts, report abuse, and ask support to review a safety issue.

How to Submit a Request

Email support@relaygo.uk from the email address associated with your RelayGo account. Include the type of request you are making, such as access, correction, deletion, or safety review.

Verification

We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing privacy requests. This helps protect your account and private conversations.

Deletion Notes

Account deletion may remove your account profile and eligible service records. Some information may be retained for limited periods where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup recovery.

Device-Level Choices

On iPhone, you can manage app permissions in Settings, including microphone, camera, photos, notifications, and cellular data. Disabling a permission may limit related RelayGo features.
